The Lead Product Engineer | Magnetics & Power Electronics will lead the design, development, and qualification of transformers, EMI filters, and passive components, working closely with customers and internal teams to deliver robust, production ready solutions. Engineers operate in a collaborative environment focused on technical excellence, rapid development, and delivering reliable hardware into complex systems. As the Lead Product Engineer | Magnetics & Power Electronics your responsibilities will include Leading the design and development of transformers, EMI filters, and passive components Translating customer and system requirements into robust, manufacturable designs Performing magnetic design, thermal analysis, material selection, and validation testing Supporting qualification, certification, and production scale up activities Collaborating with manufacturing, quality, and supply chain to ensure producible designs As the Lead Product Engineer | Magnetics & Power Electronics you will bring Experience designing magnetics, transformers, or passive components for aerospace or defence Strong background in power electronics and system level integration Knowledge of qualification standards, environmental testing, and reliability requirements Experience supporting products through qualification, first article, and production ramp Ability to work across engineering, manufacturing, and customer teams The Lead Product Engineer | Magnetics & Power Electronics will play a key role in delivering high reliability components that enable advanced aerospace and defence systems.
