Marketing Specialist

Ascent Real Estate Partners is a boutique commercial real estate brokerage in Charlotte, NC. We are hiring a Marketing Specialist to manage marketing execution across both Ascent Real Estate Partners (primary) and Ascent Housing, an affiliated company managing approximately 3,000 affordable housing units across the Carolinas.This is a defined role with clear responsibilities. You'll work directly with brokers and firm leadership to keep marketing output consistent, professional, and current across both brands.RESPONSIBILITIESManage and maintain LinkedIn, Instagram, and other platforms for both companies, including content creation and schedulingDesign print and digital collateral: flyers, brochures, email campaigns, signage, and pitch materialsMaintain and update commercial listing services (CoStar, LoopNet, Crexi)Keep contact databases and CRM records clean and currentSupport business development with outreach materials, market summaries, and presentation assets Coordinate photography, video, and drone media for listings and firm content Maintain and update firm websites for both brandsQUALIFICATIONS2–4+ years of marketing experience, preferably in real estate, finance, or professional services Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite or equivalent design tools Competent social media management across professional platforms Experience with CRM systems and database maintenance Familiarity with CoStar, LoopNet, or Crexi is a strong plus Strong written communication skills Highly organized with ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneouslyCOMPENSATION & SCHEDULE$35–$38/hour | W-2 | Ascent Real Estate Partners Expected hours: 32–36 per week Schedule flexibility available — including adjusted start/end times, compressed weeks, or half-day FridaysBENEFITS10 days PTO, front-loaded annually 8–10 paid company holidays Bereavement leave (3–5 days) Paid jury duty 1 paid volunteer day per year Honor-based sick leaveNote: This position does not include health insurance.TO APPLYSend your resume and 2–3 work or design samples to aaron@ascent.re.
