OverviewOur client, a leading Charlotte homebuilder, is seeking a Senior Marketing Manager to lead the development and execution of the division’s strategic marketing plan. This role ensures brand consistency, supports sales leadership, and oversees marketing initiatives across all active and upcoming communities. The position also supervises a small team.Job SummaryCoordinate advertising and public relations with the ad agency for current communitiesDirect and participate in the design of flyers, direct mail, brochures, signage, and sales office materialsManage branding and compliance across model homes, advertising, signage, and collateralOversee marketing for all communities and approve materials including ad campaigns, press releases, website designs, e‑blasts, logos, and direct mailHire and manage vendors for model home openingsIdentify and prioritize marketing objectives and manage digital and on‑site campaignsLead online branding and communication through website, mobile, and email marketingSupport digital and traditional marketing needs including strategy, planning, targeting, implementation, reporting, and optimizationAnalyze user journey data, website performance, and campaign reporting to manage revenue, costs, and ROITrack marketing programs across channels and monitor the funnel from inquiry to closed opportunityMaintain model homes post‑opening and coordinate cleaning, plant care, and landscape maintenanceQualificationsBachelor’s degree (Master’s in Marketing/Advertising/Communications preferred)4–6 years of digital marketing experienceAdvanced knowledge of SEM, meta tags, Panda/Penguin algorithms, and PPCStrong knowledge of MLS, Zillow, and Realtor.comExpertise in Google Analytics, social media, Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop), photography, and video editingNew home sales marketing experience preferredStrong written and verbal communication skills and creative thinking
