Schedule flexibility is a must, and some double shifts may be required.The Men's Grill Server provides first-class experiences to members in the dining area, making sure all their food, beverage, and hospitality needs are met. Here's a closer look:Setting up and breaking down the dining areaWelcoming members, anticipating needs, and answering questionsTaking members' food and beverage orders and explaining menu items as requestedEnsuring checks are accurate and properly closed outPreparing check-out reports and tip outsCleaning and organizing the pantry, dining room, and other hospitality areasMaintaining food service and storage areasInforming management about any problems, accidents, or member complaintsContinually elevating the food service experience by attending meetings, participating in training, growing your food service knowledge, and collaborating with your hospitality teamCompleting other tasks as neededWHAT YOU'LL NEED:1+ years of restaurant serving experienceDeep knowledge of proper alcohol and food serviceClean and professional appearance and attitudeStrong communication and listening skillsAbility to work with your team to meet goalsAbility to work in a fast-paced environment, move 25 lbs., and stand/walk for extended periodsGenuine passion for customer service and member satisfactionHigh school degree or equivalentCountry club experience and basic computer skills would be a plus!WHAT WE OFFER OUR MEN'S GRILL SERVER:Pay: You'll earn a base wage of $13.00 per hour plus an 18% service charge.Benefits:Health, dental, and vision insurance (eligible within first 30 days)Basic life insuranceShort-term and long-term disability5 days of PTO (after 90 days)401(k) with up to 4% match (after 90 days)Referrals can potentially earn up to $1,500 per yearFree "duty meals"Provided uniformsJOIN OUR COUNTRY CLUB TODAY!Founded in 1899, Austin Country Club is one of the oldest existing clubs in Texas and home to Harvey Penick, one of the greatest golf instructors who ever lived.
