Blue Chip Talent, in partnership with a professional services organization, is seeking a skilled User Support Analyst. This role is responsible for providing advanced help desk support, maintaining end-user systems, and contributing to the continuous improvement of IT service delivery.Job Duties:Monitor help desk ticket queue and prioritize urgent support requestsTroubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across end-user environmentsInstall, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, and peripheral devicesPerform workstation imaging and deployment activitiesSupport and administer user accounts within Active Directory and O365Collaborate with IT leadership and engineering teams on system improvementsResearch and implement solutions for recurring technical issuesCoordinate with third-party vendors when escalation is requiredRequired Skills:2+ years of experience in help desk, desktop support, or user support rolesHands-on experience with Active DirectoryExperience building and imaging workstationsProficiency with Microsoft O365 and Office SuiteExperience using ticketing systems such as ServiceNowKnowledge of endpoint management tools (e.g., InTune)Understanding of Windows operating systems and basic networking conceptsExperience supporting users in a professional services environmentFamiliarity with SharePoint and collaboration toolsExperience with desktop management and deployment toolsExposure to LAN/WAN troubleshootingKnowledge of hardware lifecycle management processesBlue Chip Talent is an award-winning and woman-owned talent solutions provider based out of Bloomfield Hills, Michigan.
