Experienced Spa Coordinator for Medical Spa/Content Creator
Duties:
- Assist the doctor with patient care and treatment procedures
- Maintain and update medical records and patient information in electronic systems such as Epic
- Manage front desk operations, including scheduling appointments, answering phone calls, and greeting patients
- Provide support in medical documentation
- Assist with retail sales of medical supplies or products related to the practice
- Collaborate with the doctor and other healthcare professionals to ensure smooth workflow and patient satisfaction
Social Media Posting and Monitoring : Must be proficient and creative with posting Instagram stories, creating reels and Tik-Tok videos.
The Ideal candidate will have the following skills:
Opening and closing of the Med Spa if needed.
Make phone calls on a daily basis.
Booking appointments accurately and updating schedules throughout the day
Proficiency in Electronic Medical Record-fill out patient records,scheduling and etc
Warmly greeting and checking in/out every client in a timely manner.
Ability to handle cash, credit card processing, CareCredit and Cherry.
Maintain the workspace clean.
Assist provider during procedures and record if needed
Computer Skills: Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Email)
Social Media Posting and Monitoring : Must be proficient and creative with posting Instagram stories, creating reels and Tik-Tok videos.

Requirements:
- Previous experience working in a medical setting, preferably in aesthetics
- Familiarity with medical records management and electronic systems
- Knowledge of medical billing procedures and insurance claims processing
- Understanding of medical coding principles and practices
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with patients and healthcare professionals
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in retail math for handling sales transactions related to medical supplies or products
