Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for Lease Operators and Gas Plant Operators based in Tioga, ND. Primary responsibilities include operating production equipment, ensuring equipment functionality, monitoring and maintaining oil and gas infrastructure, and performing routine inspections and maintenance tasks. Operators must also ensure compliance with safety standards, communicate effectively with team members, and support completion activities as needed. Qualifications Experience with production equipment and basic maintenance of machineryStrong communication skills to collaborate with team members and follow operational protocolsKnowledge of the oil and gas industry, including safety practices and operational standardsExperience with completion tasks specific to oil and gas productionProficiency in truck driving with a valid driver’s license and clean driving recordAbility to work in on-site locations and adapt to varying working conditionsBasic mechanical and technical aptitude is a plusPrevious experience with gas plants or lease operations is preferred
