Supplier Quality Engineer (HYBRID)

Supplier Quality Engineer (HYBRID) needed for a contract opportunity with Yoh Staffing’s client working in Hercules, CA.Pay Rate: $32-38/hr HYBRID (3 days onsite, 2 days remote)What You’ll Be Doing:Collect supplier information and update supplier quality files (ISO certificates, questionnaires, etc.) and purchased product files (PMP, GIP, Material Qualifications)Maintain the raw materials database and the Approved Vendor List (AVL)Monitor supplier change notificationsFollow up on supplier non-conformances and monitor corrective actionsParticipate in updating procedures, work instructions, and forms related to supplier qualityUpdate performance indicatorsAssist in the veeva implementation projectAssist the team with administrative file managementFile, sort, and archive various administrative documentsPlan and organize meetings/appointments Required:Bachelors in Engineering or Science and 3+ years of supplier quality experienceSupplier non-conformance experienceProficiency in Windows office tools (Word and Excel)Good written communication skillsProblem-solving methodology (preferred)Attention to detailVeeva experience preferredWhat’s In It For You?This is a unique opportunity to support our client; one of the world's largest biotechnology companies.
