Senior Software Engineer – AWS/Data Governance ( No third parties/C2C ) We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer with 10+ years of experience to design and build an AWS-based data governance platform. This platform will initially support the organization and may later be expanded across its portfolio companies. Location: Houston, TX Duration: Initial 4–6-month contract with strong potential for extension Start Date: ASAP Work Authorization: Must be a U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder Key Requirements: 10+ years of software engineering experience Strong hands-on expertise across the AWS technology stack Experience designing and building scalable enterprise platforms Background in data governance, data management, or data platform development Strong architecture, backend development, and cloud integration skills Experience with the Model Context Protocol (MCP) framework is helpful but not required
