Job Title: Python Automation EngineerLocation: Southfield, MIExperience: 8+ YearsWork Model: OnsiteVisa: No H1B CandidatesJob DescriptionWe are looking for an experienced Python Automation Engineer to support automotive software validation, test automation, and engineering activities.Required Experience & Skills8+ years of overall software, test automation, or validation experienceStrong hands-on experience in Python programming and automationExperience developing automation scripts, test frameworks, and automated test solutionsExperience with automotive ECU testing and validationKnowledge of CAN, CAN FD, LIN, UDS, or other automotive communication protocolsExperience with CANoe, CANalyzer, CAPL, or Vector toolsExperience with Git/GitLab and CI/CD tools such as JenkinsExperience in analyzing test results, debugging issues, and root cause analysisKnowledge of Embedded Systems and Automotive SoftwareStrong communication and problem-solving skillsPreferred SkillsExperience with HIL testing or dSPACEExperience with Embedded C/C++Knowledge of LinuxExperience in automotive domains such as ADAS, Instrument Cluster, Body Control, Infotainment, or TelematicsNote: Local candidates or candidates willing to work onsite in Southfield, Michigan are preferred.
