Head of Banking Partnerships (Founding Role)📍 Location: Flexible (Preferred: NYC)💼 Type: Full-Time⸻About MeelyMeely is a financial infrastructure platform that enables banks to operate as a unified system instead of fragmented products.We consolidate payments, FX, crypto, trading, and financial services into a single operating layer — while improving how capital flows across them.Our focus is helping banks:* Capture more revenue across payments and FX* Improve capital efficiency* Modernize their financial stack without disruptionWe are currently onboarding our first banking partners and scaling globally.⸻The RoleWe are looking for a senior operator with established relationships across banks and financial institutions to lead strategic partnerships.This is not a traditional sales role.This is a high-leverage, relationship-driven role focused on:* Opening doors at banks* Structuring partnerships* Driving institutional adoption of Meely⸻What You’ll Do* Leverage your network to initiate conversations with banks and financial institutions* Build and manage relationships with senior decision-makers (CEO, COO, Head of Payments, etc.)* Lead partnership discussions from introduction → deal structure → onboarding* Work directly with the founder and leadership team on go-to-market strategy* Identify high-value banking partners across regions (US, LATAM, Europe, MENA, APAC)* Help shape Meely’s positioning for institutional adoption⸻Who You Are* You already have direct relationships with banks or financial institutions* Background in: * Banking (executive, partnerships, or strategy), OR * Fintech infrastructure (payments, FX, issuing, etc.)* You understand how to navigate bank decision-making processes* You’ve closed or supported institutional partnerships* You are comfortable operating at the executive level⸻What We’re Looking For (Non-Negotiable)* Ability to open doors at banks* Existing network of financial institution relationships* Experience dealing with senior stakeholders* Strong understanding of the banking and payments ecosystem⸻Compensation* Competitive base (flexible depending on profile)* High success-based compensation per bank onboarded* Equity participationThis role is designed for someone who wants to help build and scale a global financial infrastructure platform.
