What You'll Do Generate new personal lines business including home, auto, umbrella, and specialty policies Build relationships with prospects and referral partners Follow up on inbound leads and cross-sell opportunities Conduct insurance reviews and identify coverage gaps Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales process Work closely with our service team to create a world-class client experience Consistently hit and exceed production goals What We're Looking For Strong communication and relationship-building skills Self-motivated with a competitive mindset Ability to work in person from our Kirkland office Sales experience preferred (insurance experience is a plus but not required) Washington Property & Casualty License preferred or willingness to obtain Positive attitude and strong work ethic What We Offer Competitive base salary Uncapped commission structure Monthly and annual bonus opportunities Inbound leads and referral opportunities Ongoing training, coaching, and mentorshipClear career growth opportunities Supportive team environment with a winning culture Health benefits and paid time off Why Carter Insurance Agency?
