Perform quantitative analysis and tax modeling to evaluate entity structures, transactions, and planning opportunities. Serve as a resource for internal tax professionals, providing guidance on complex tax issues. Lead entity choice analysis and cash flow optimization strategies for clients and internal stakeholders. Support internal reorganizations and structural planning initiatives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure technical accuracy and strategic alignment in tax planning. Compensation: In some states and municipalities, Pinion is required by law to include a reasonable estimate for range of compensation. When making compensation decisions, Pinion takes into account a variety of factors including but not limited to experience, skills, certifications/licenses, and geographic location. The wide range for this role reasonably accounts for these factors. Specific compensation decisions are made based on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $100,000 to $175,000.Remote Eligibility: This position is US - Remote Eligible. The role may include occasional work at a Pinion office or attendance at offsites, as requested/required by the firm and/or your supervisor.
