SpendHQ is taking on new challenges, and we look forward to continuing to grow the company and team.Role OverviewAt SpendHQ, Implementation Associates play a critical role in driving successful client onboarding and long-term value realization within the SpendHQ platform. This role combines project execution, client engagement, and data-driven problem solving to help organizations transform their procurement and spend analytics capabilities.You will partner closely with clients and internal teams to deliver implementation projects, translate business requirements into scalable solutions, and ensure clients achieve measurable outcomes. This is an ideal role for early-career professionals looking to build expertise in consulting, SaaS delivery, and procurement analytics. Associates are emerging leaders with 1-3 years of client-facing experience.Key Responsibilities Support Implementation Managers in the delivery of client implementation projects Assist in managing project plans, timelines, and deliverables across engagements Execute assigned project tasks, ensuring accuracy and timeliness Help track progress, identify risks, and escalate issues as needed Develop and build relationships with clients through active communication, alignment in expectations, and consistent management of their implementation. Collaborate with Data & Analytics, Customer Success, and Product teams to efficiently execute on client projects. Work with clients to identify, document, and interpret key business requirements. Assist in developing and executing upon project strategies and project plans. Manage workflows and project plans, coordinate communications across teams, handle multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.Learn and understand client workshops with key stakeholders and client executives. Develop working knowledge of the SpendHQ platform and implementation processes.Build foundational understanding of procurement and spend analytics best practices.Continuously learn from project experience and feedback to grow consulting capabilities.What skills and experience should you have? B.S. in Business, Engineering, or a related field with strong GPA and/or Management Consulting experience 1-3 years of consulting, project management, or relevant procurement experience Developed verbal and written communication skills. Communication planning within and outside project team. Organization and prioritization to manage multiple workstreams and shifting priorities. Understands standard SpendHQ category taxonomy. Actively building knowledge of best practices for SI/PM configurations. Ability to work with analytical tools and reports to provide insights into client datasets. Comfort and adaptability within an entrepreneurial, performance-driven environment. Collaboration skills to support partnering with cross-functional teams. Why should you join us? The role reports to our Head of Delivery based in Atlanta and collaborates closely with remote teams as well as our team in Lyon- France.
