PROJECT MANAGER I - WORK LOCATION - LOS ANGELES, CAProject Manager IWe are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Project Manager to support the successful delivery of multiple construction projects. This role offers the opportunity to work on a diverse portfolio of projects while collaborating with a dynamic team of professionals.Project Manager I is responsible for managing multiple construction projects simultaneously, with construction values typically ranging from $1 million to $30 million.Minimum QualificationsMinimum of five (5) years of experience managing multiple design and construction projects.Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Urban Planning, Construction Management, or a closely related field.Additional qualifying experience (up to four years) beyond the minimum stated above may be substituted in lieu of the required education.Preferred QualificationsThe ideal candidate will have one or more of the following:Experience working within a large capital improvement program and familiarity with applicable provisions of the California Public Contract Code.At least two (2) years of experience in educational facility construction.Experience with formal construction partnering and collaborative project delivery.Current and valid California professional registration as an Architect or Professional Engineer.A valid Certified Construction Manager (CCM) credential issued by the Construction Manager Certification Institute (CMCI).Experience working with the Division of the State Architect (DSA) construction and design processes, or similar regulatory agencies.Demonstrated knowledge of all phases of the project life cycle, including planning, design, construction, and closeout.Experience with alternative project delivery methods.Strong ability to multi task, problem solve, and successfully deliver projects in a fast paced environment.#LI-Onsite
