Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role located in Moorpark, CA for a Maintenance Director. The Maintenance Director will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance operations, developing maintenance procedures, managing budgets, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.QualificationsProven experience in maintenance managementExcellent knowledge of technical aspects of plumbing, carpentry, electrical systems, etc.Strong leadership and organizational skillsAbility to manage budgets and resources effectivelyGood understanding of safety and regulatory requirementsMust have a high school diploma or equivalent.Preferably two (2) years of supervisory experience.
