Maintenance Manager
A private family office is seeking an experienced Maintenance Representative to oversee maintenance operations across multiple high end residences in the Los Angeles area. This is a hands on role for someone who is highly skilled, proactive, organized, and takes pride in maintaining properties to an exceptional standard.This individual will lead maintenance scheduling, assign work to technicians, oversee vendor projects, and personally perform skilled maintenance work including electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and general repairs.This position is 100% in the office with regular visits to the local LA properties.Responsibilities include: • Performing skilled and semi skilled maintenance work across multiple residences • Handling electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and general repair work • Creating and managing maintenance schedules and work orders • Overseeing and assigning work to technicians • Coordinating with outside vendors and ensuring quality of work • Conducting regular property walkthroughs to proactively identify maintenance needs • Supporting special events and holiday setup including lighting and furniture movement • Ordering parts and supplies and managing related expense reporting • Monitoring building systems and ensuring residences remain in excellent conditionIdeal candidates will have: • Strong hands on maintenance experience in residential, estate, hospitality, or commercial properties • Experience with electrical and/or plumbing work • Excellent organizational and project coordination skills • The ability to work independently and anticipate issues before they arise • The ability to drive to multiple local LA properties • Experience supervising vendors or maintenance staff is preferredThis is an excellent opportunity to join a stable and professional private environment supporting luxury residential properties throughout Los Angeles.This is a full time position Compensation includes a base salary of $80,000 to $100,000+ DOE with a great benefits package We will consider for employment qualified applicants with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable California law
