About Our ClientOur client is a fast‐growing e‐commerce marketing agency that helps brands scale through email marketing and paid media campaigns. With firsthand experience in building and growing their own e‐commerce brands, they now use that expertise to craft data‐driven marketing strategies for their clients. Their services include email automation, paid advertising, and conversion optimization, all designed to help businesses grow their online presence and increase sales. What You'll DoManage Client Relationships – Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring smooth communication, clear expectations, and alignment on marketing goals. Execute Email Marketing Campaigns – Set up, manage, and optimize email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, automation, and A/B testing. Experience with Klaviyo is a plus. Manage Paid Media Campaigns – Oversee Facebook, Instagram, and Google Ads, adjusting targeting, budgets, and creatives to drive performance and ROI. Analyze and Optimize Campaigns – Track key metrics like open rates, CTR, ROAS, and CPA, making data‐driven adjustments to improve results. Coordinate with Creative Teams – Work closely with designers, copywriters, and video editors to ensure all marketing materials align with the campaign strategy. Own Campaign Execution – Troubleshoot issues, streamline workflows, and continuously refine strategies to improve efficiency and performance. Is This You?Experience in a Marketing Agency – At least 2 years in email marketing or paid media campaigns within a marketing agency setting. Hands‐on Execution – Direct experience with email marketing platforms (Klaviyo experience is a plus) and/or managing paid media campaigns (Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads). Data‐Driven Approach – Ability to track performance, interpret key metrics, and make optimization decisions based on data. Strong Client Communication – Confident, professional communication in English with U.S.‐based clients in both written and spoken form. Highly Organized – Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously, meet deadlines, and ensure smooth execution. E‐commerce Knowledge – Understanding of how email marketing, paid media, and platforms like Shopify work together to drive online sales. What You'll GetThe salary is based on your experience, skill set, and the value you can bring to the team.
