The role involves handling inbound calls, reviewing accounts for fraudulent activity, validating customer identity, and using multiple systems/tools to investigate and resolve fraud-related issues.ResponsibilitiesInvestigate and identify potential fraud activitiesHandle inbound calls related to fraud casesVerify customer identity and review supporting documentsResearch and resolve fraud escalationsCommunicate with internal teams using Slack and other toolsMaintain compliance with fraud policies and proceduresRequirements1+ year of experience in fraud, customer service, or call center environmentStrong communication and phone skillsExperience working in a Windows-based environmentAbility to multitask across multiple systems/screensHigh School Diploma or equivalentPreferred SkillsCall center experienceStrong listening and problem-solving skillsGood typing and customer service skillsAdditional InformationTraining Schedule: 8:00 AM 5:00 PM CSTMust be flexible to work nights, weekends, and holidays if needed
