Aviation Fuel Sales Representative

Location: Los Angeles, CA or Houston, TXPosition OverviewThe Aviation Fuel Sales Representative is responsible for driving revenue growth by developing and managing relationships with general aviation and commercial aviation customers. This role focuses on originating new business opportunities, expanding existing accounts, and positioning Mercury Fuels as a trusted fuel supply partner.Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development & Sales- Identify and develop new customer relationships across aviation sectors- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline- Conduct outreach through calls, meetings, and industry events- Collaborate internally to create competitive pricing solutionsAccount Management- Serve as primary contact for assigned accounts- Manage contracts, renewals, and pricing discussions- Monitor customer activity and identify growth opportunities- Ensure high customer satisfactionMarket Intelligence & Strategy- Track fuel market trends and pricing benchmarks- Monitor competitor activity and market opportunities- Provide insights to leadership on strategy and growthInternal Collaboration- Work with operations and supply teams for execution- Assist with onboarding new customers- Coordinate across internal teamsQualifications & Skills- 2-5+ years of relevant sales experience- Strong communication and negotiation skills- Self-motivated and results-driven- Aviation or fuel experience preferredKey Success Metrics- Revenue growth and new customer acquisition- Customer retention and satisfaction- Pipeline development and conversion
