Job Description Position OverviewWe are looking for a highly motivated Sales Hunter with experience or interest in the automotive and auto detailing industry who thrives on acquiring new customers. This role is focused on prospecting, cold outreach, and securing new wholesale accounts to drive aggressive revenue growth.As a Sales Representative, you will actively seek new business opportunities, develop strong client relationships, and represent the brand with expert product knowledge and professionalism within the automotive detailing market.If you enjoy the chase, closing new deals, and growing territory from scratch — this role is for you.New Business Development (Primary Focus)Actively prospect and acquire new accountsPerform high-volume cold callingField visits, networking, referrals, and market researchExpand market presenceAchieve and exceed sales quotas and new account targetsBuild relationships with key contacts and decision-makersNew business development is commission-eligibleGeneral Sales DutiesUpsell products and services to existing customers when opportunities ariseUnderstand customer needs and recommend appropriate products and solutionsAnswer customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels while providing excellent customer service and product supportSupport and maintain company-provided accounts by building strong client relationships and ensuring customer satisfactionFollow up on outstanding invoices, balances, and payment timelines to maintain healthy account statusDemonstrate product features and explain benefits to customers and prospectsMaintain accurate CRM records for prospects, customers, and sales activitiesStay informed on product updates, industry trends, and competitor offeringsCollaborate with sales associates, management, and cross-functional departments to support customer needs and achieve company goalsAbility to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environmentComplete additional tasks, assignments, and special projects as assigned by managementRepresent the company at trade shows, expos, meetings and industry eventsWillingness to travel and prospect outside the office as neededRequired QualificationsAuthorized to work in the United States3+ years of B2B sales experience required; 5+ years preferredHigh school diploma or GED requiredValid driver's license with a clean driving recordExcellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skillsProficient in Google Workspace (G-Suite) and Microsoft Office applicationsTechnologically proficient with the ability to quickly learn new software and systemsStrong working knowledge of computer systems, office software, and cloud-based applicationsProven success in new business development, prospecting, and cold callingStrong sales, closing, and negotiation skillsExcellent organizational, time management, and multitasking abilitiesSelf-motivated, goal-oriented, and target-driven with the ability to meet deadlines and exceed monthly sales and new account acquisition goalsPreferred QualificationsExperience in the automotive or auto detailing industryBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related fieldExperience with CRM software (e.g., Copper)Comfortable using Apple productsScheduleFull-Time, Monday–Friday (Day Shift)Occasional weekends for company events and trade showsTravel may be required (approximately 25%, including occasional overnight trips)Ability to Commute: Brea, CA 92821 (Required)Work Location: In person
