Details Hospital-based Operating Room (OR) setting in Atlanta, GA AM shift, 12-hour shifts 13-week contract CVOR candidates must have a minimum of 18 months full-time experience in a CVOR setting of similar acuity within the last 3 years, with strong cardiac, vascular, and endovascular experience Requirements Active Georgia or Compact RN license currently in hand Minimum 18 months of OR experience required CVOR RN candidates must demonstrate proficiency (self-rated 3s and 4s) in cardiac and vascular procedures, with strong endovascular experience Additional Information Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility to be eligible for this position — local candidates are not accepted Former permanent staff of Emory or Houston facilities must have been separated for at least 1 year before returning to the health system; if returning to the same facility, a minimum 18-month separation is required RTO is limited to a maximum of 5 days per contract; if RTO falls on or near a holiday, the maximum is reduced to 3 days Only one holiday RTO request is permitted per contract, and consecutive holiday RTO days are generally not approved CVOR RN candidates will be asked to complete a Peri-Op Services Questionnaire as part of the review process American Traveler Job ID P-688247.
