Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an Underground Construction Coordinator located in New Smyrna Beach, FL. The Coordinator will manage and oversee underground construction projects, ensuring compliance with safety standards, budget constraints, and project timelines. Responsibilities include supervising construction teams, coordinating schedules, monitoring progress, managing project budgets, and ensuring adherence to all relevant safety protocols and regulations. The individual will act as a key liaison between project stakeholders, effectively communicating project updates and addressing any challenges that arise. Qualifications Proven experience in construction management, including expertise in underground construction and general project oversight.Strong supervisory skills and ability to effectively manage teams and oversee day-to-day operations.Knowledge of budgeting and cost control processes to ensure projects are financially aligned.Experience and understanding of construction safety practices and protocols to maintain a safe working environment.Skilled in project control, including scheduling, risk management, and ensuring timely completion of projects.Excellent organizational and communication skills to collaborate with team members, clients, and other stakeholders.Familiarity with underground construction tools and technologies is an asset.Relevant certifications or training in construction safety and management are a plus.
