Inside Sales Representative

Our CompanyArch is a Series B financial technology company that automates the management of private investments, improving access, understanding, and the human experience of investing across asset classes.Private investments such as venture capital, hedge funds, and private equity, make up roughly 25% of the investment universe. Traditionally, investors, advisors, banks, families, and managers track hundreds of investments in complicated spreadsheets, file folders, and busy inboxes. Not only is this tedious and time-consuming, but it is rife with opportunity for manual data entry errors, inconsistent reporting, and lost information. Enter, Arch.Arch delivers standardized data, documents, and insights in a single platform, avoiding the need to chase information across dozens or hundreds of 'portals'. Our purpose is to save investors' time while empowering them to make more informed investment decisions, leading to better financial outcomes.We are a fast-growing, dynamic team of 200+, serving over 400 clients, including several of America's largest banks, families, and financial institutions. We've over doubled the size of the company every year since inception and we are looking to hire in all departments as we scale.Your responsibilities will include:Manage the full sales cycle for qualified leads, from initial discovery call through contract negotiation and close, with a focus on individual investors and family officesConduct product demonstrations and consultative sales conversations that identify client pain points and position Arch as the solutionConsistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas for closed deals and revenue targetsMaintain accurate pipeline management and forecasting in our CRM, ensuring data integrity and timely follow-up on all opportunitiesDocument common objections, questions, and successful approaches to contribute to sales playbook developmentPartner with Customer Success to ensure smooth handoffs and positive onboarding experiences for new clientsReach out to us if you have:1-3 years of inside sales experience with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding quotaExperience selling B2C or to high-net-worth individuals, family offices, or financial services clientsDemonstrated ability to close deals in a high-velocity sales environment with deal sizes in the $5,000-$25,000 rangeStrong consultative selling skills with the ability to conduct discovery, build rapport, and handle objections effectivelyExcellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with comfort presenting to sophisticated audiencesProficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) and sales engagement toolsSelf-motivated and competitive nature with a drive to win and exceed targetsBonus Points if you have:Knowledge of private investments, wealth management, or financial technologyExperience selling SaaS products or subscription-based servicesBackground in fintech, alternative investments, or working with RIAs, family offices, or investment firmsA Note about us:All of our full-time roles are based onsite at our New York City office, where our team thrives on in-person collaboration and dynamic teamwork.
