Solutions Architect

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Computer Systems Engineer/Architect with extensive experience in designing, developing, and implementing enterprise-level software solutions using Microsoft Development Tools. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software architecture, application development, and Agile methodologies. A current TOP SECRET clearance with SCI access is required for this position. Key Responsibilities: Lead the architectural design and development of complex application systems using .NET, MVC, and Microsoft Development Tools. Interpret and analyze complex business and technical requirements to design robust, scalable software solutions. Guide and manage enterprise-wide software development initiatives from inception through deployment. Develop, modify, test, and implement software applications and components in accordance with software development best practices. Apply Object-Oriented Design (OOD) principles to create modular and maintainable solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams using Agile development methodologies to deliver high-quality software. Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders, documenting solutions and providing technical guidance. Manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Minimum Qualifications: Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; or equivalent related experience. Formal training in .NET programming practices is preferred. Security Clearance: Active TOP SECRET clearance with SCI access is mandatory. Experience: 8–10 years of experience designing, developing, and implementing application systems using Microsoft technologies (.NET, MVC). Proven experience in software architectural design and leading enterprise-scale software development projects. Demonstrated ability to build, maintain, test, and deploy complex software applications. Strong foundation in Object-Oriented Design (OOD). Hands-on experience working within Agile/Scrum development environments. Excellent problem-solving, verbal, and written communication skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently. Preferred Skills: Microsoft certifications related to software development or architecture. Experience working in classified or government environments. Knowledge of secure software development practices.
