That’s what it means to live The Gallagher Way.OverviewThe Program Manager for Process Improvement & Change Management plays a crucial role in driving organizational efficiency, standardizing processes, and ensuring successful adoption of new ways of working across the enterprise. Sitting within the Agile Center of Excellence, this role focuses on evaluating existing processes, identifying opportunities for improvement, leading change initiatives, and ensuring alignment with organizational strategy. The Program Manager partners closely with Scrum Masters, Product Owners, business leaders, and technology teams to enhance operational effectiveness and support the organization's transformation journey.How You'll Make An ImpactLead process improvement initiatives across multiple teams and departments, leveraging Lean, Agile, and continuous improvement methodologies. Assess current-state workflows to identify inefficiencies, pain points, and improvement opportunities; develop and implement optimized future-state processes. Partner closely with Scrum Masters and Product Owners to ensure new processes, tools, and change initiatives integrate seamlessly into agile delivery workflows. Guide Scrum Masters and Product Owners in adopting and operationalizing improved processes, ensuring alignment with team needs and agile ways of working. Design, execute, and monitor change management strategies, ensuring smooth adoption of new processes, tools, and practices. Collaborate with stakeholders, leaders, and teams to understand business needs, align on objectives, and prioritize improvement programs. Facilitate workshops, training, and working sessions to build process, change management, and continuous improvement capabilities across the organization. Develop and maintain standardized process documentation, frameworks, and best practices, ensuring consistency across teams. Establish and track measurable outcomes using KPIs, OKRs, and other performance metrics to evaluate the impact of process and change initiatives. Collaborate with the Agile Center of Excellence Lead to ensure that process improvements align with agile principles and organizational goals. Promote a culture of adaptability, transparency, and continuous learning, empowering teams to actively participate in improvement efforts. Champion communication plans and stakeholder strategies to support awareness, engagement, and sustained adoption of changes. About YouBA or BS Degree in Business, Operations, Organizational Development, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in process improvement, change management, program management, or a related discipline. Proven success implementing large-scale process or change initiatives across diverse teams. Certification in process or change methodologies (e.g., Lean Six Sigma, PROSCI) preferred. Experience working within Agile transformation efforts is highly desirable. Strong expertise in process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen) and organizational change management frameworks (e.g., PROSCI ADKAR). Ability to collaborate effectively with Scrum Masters and Product Owners, understanding their roles in agile delivery and how process enhancements impact team execution. Excellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills across both business and technical environments. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and drive decisions based on insights. Demonstrated ability to drive continuous improvement and manage organizational change at scale. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate ambiguity and develop structured solutions. Solid understanding of Agile principles and the ability to incorporate agile thinking into process and change initiatives. Compensation And BenefitsWe offer a competitive and comprehensive compensation package. The base salary range represents the anticipated low end and high end of the range for this position. The actual compensation will be influenced by a wide range of factors including, but not limited to previous experience, education, pay market/geography, complexity or scope, specialized skill set, lines of business/practice area, supply/demand, and scheduled hours.
