Key Responsibilities:Support end-to-end vendor and merchant onboarding for debit offers, incentives, and eventsCoordinate opportunities from intake through approvals, onboarding, and launch readinessPartner with cross-functional teams including product, marketing, operations, legal, risk, compliance, and analyticsServe as a point of coordination for external vendors and merchants, aligning on timelines and deliverablesTrack progress, risks, and dependencies using Azure DevOps (ADO)Maintain visibility into pipeline status, blockers, and readinessSupport standardized onboarding processes, documentation, and communicationsPrepare summaries, reporting materials, and leadership updatesReview performance data (engagement, redemption, usage) to support prioritization and decisionsTrack action items and ensure follow-through across teams Qualifications:Experience in vendor/merchant onboarding, operations, or partnership management (payments, loyalty, or related programs preferred)Familiarity working with cross-functional stakeholders including legal, risk, compliance, and operationsStrong experience using Azure DevOps (ADO) or similar toolsAbility to interpret data and support data-driven decision makingStrong organizational and execution skills with attention to detailClear, professional communication skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentCollaborative, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset Nice to Have:Experience in payments, debit/credit card programs, or fintechBackground working with vendors, merchants, or payment partnersFamiliarity with enterprise onboarding, compliance, and governance processesStrong PowerPoint skills for executive-ready materials Compensation and Benefits: The pay rate for this position is between $50.00 and $63.00 per hour.
