Job Description
Work Hours: 16-24 hours per week with flexible scheduling but exemplary communication regarding weekly work schedule. Scheduled hours are flexible with the understanding that the employee may be asked, from time to time, to work additional hours or hours not in keeping with the schedule in order to support KNA meetings or events.
Compensation: Hourly part-time position. Wage range $17-$19 hour.
Position Requirements: Employee must possess excellent communication and customer service skills; the ability to multi-task and accept new challenges with little or no advance notice; strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize; strong administrative skills and the desire to work on a team and collaborate with other staff to strengthen the overall team performance.
Job Duties: Team member will be responsible for transcribing meeting minutes from Zoom; compiling and maintaining policies and procedures, collating the policy and procedure manual, managing the community calendar, staying abreast of all social media posts, sending chapter member’s list to every chapter monthly, managing the volunteer list spreadsheet, managing the legacy nurse list and communicating with each chapter regarding their chapter list of legacy nurses, sending appointment letters.
Employee will also be responsible to support Communications Specialist and focus on communication activities to include managing social media, increasing use of the KNA365 app, managing the survey development using Survey Monkey.
Expertise in the utilizing Microsoft Office including Excel, PowerPoint and Word are essential to the position. Mastering the skill of using Survey Monkey, Doodle Poll and Sign-up Genius are expected within the first 60 days of employment.
This position will work with all KNA staff members but report directly to the CEO.
Work in office at least for the first 90 days. We work with a skeleton team in office at this time.
