Payroll/Benefits Clerk
Overview
The Payroll/Benefits Clerk will be responsible for payroll processing, vendor payments, time keeping management, and employee benefits.
Duties
- Process payroll for employees accurately and timely
- Update employees files (i.e address, phone number, ect..)
- Responsible for being knowledgably of benefits to assist employees with questions (i.e qualifying events, STD & LTD paperwork, ect..)
- Collaborate with the accounting department to assist and ensure accurate general ledger accounting
Experience
- High School diploma or equivalent
- A minimum of 2 year's of payroll experience (familiarity with Paycor a plus but not required)
- Knowledge of HRIS & ATS systems a plus but not required
- Familiarity with benefits administration

Pay: $45,500.00 - $60,000.00 per year
