Overview In this Manufacturing Engineer role, you will develop and implement manufacturing processes and layouts for assemblies and equipment, driving efficiency and quality improvements. You collaborate across teams to adopt new technologies, optimize digital work instructions, and analyze factory data for continuous improvement. You contribute to product design inputs to leverage manufacturing capabilities and support the system lifecycle from design to maintenance. Key requirements10+ years of relevant manufacturing engineering experience in defense production environments developing, implementing, and improving processes.Hands-on experience with manufacturing and building hardware from engineering designs.Ability to analyze electrical and mechanical schematics and diagrams.Proficiency with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.Strong problem solving and analytical skills.Experience coaching and providing technical guidance to early career engineers.Experience with design for manufacturing (DFM) concepts.Knowledge of Lean manufacturing concepts and implementing process improvements.Experience with project/product cost estimation.meticulous and detail-orientedteam player and collaborativeapproachable and good listenerKnowledge of SAP, Apriso, MPMLink (QNotes, Routings, Bills of Material)CreoZuken
