You’ll partner closely with our CMO, CFO, and VP of Sales to align on strategy and support cross-functional initiatives.You’ll play a key role in maintaining our CRM (Salesforce), managing system integrations, and delivering clear, actionable reporting for the GTM organization. You’ll also build automations using tools like n8n, Attio, and Zapier to streamline processes and improve visibility across the funnel.This role is perfect for someone analytical and process-oriented who loves building systems, solving data puzzles, and supporting revenue growth through operational excellence.Responsibilities:Maintain and optimize Salesforce processes, including lead routing, opportunity stages, and account managementEnsure data integrity across Salesforce, HubSpot, and other connected GTM toolsBuild and manage automations using tools like n8n, Attio, and Zapier to streamline GTM workflowsCreate and manage dashboards and reports to track sales performance, pipeline health, and forecastingAnalyze funnel performance, campaign effectiveness, and provide data-driven insights to leadershipCollaborate cross-functionally with GTM leaders, the Executive team, and individual contributors across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Legal, and Finance to improve processes and visibilityDocument workflows and implement best practices across GTM systemsRequirements:3+ years of experience in Revenue Operations or Sales Operations ideally in B2B SaaSStrong experience with Salesforce CRM and HubSpot (admin or power-user level)Hands-on experience with automation tools such as n8n, Zapier, or Make (Integromat)Analytical mindset with strong reporting and dashboarding skills (Google Data Studio, Tableau, or Looker a plus)Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and problem-solving abilityUnderstanding of GTM processes like lead routing, pipeline management, and forecastingStrong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionallyAdvantage: Familiarity with Outreach, Gong, ZoomInfo, or ClayThis is a hybrid role, with at least 3 days in the NYC office. Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis. Offered rate of compensation (NY locations only) will be based on individual education, qualifications, experience, and work location. The salary range for this position is $120,000 - $150,000 annually, exempt. The range provided is for NY-based hires only and will be commensurate with the candidate's experience.
