Build and scale a best-in-class Sales Operations function and optimize the end-to-end sales funnel
Define and execute a global sales enablement strategy, ensuring teams have the necessary tools and trainingRequired Qualifications10+ years of experience in Sales Operations/RevOps, with at least 5+ in leadership roles
Proven experience in a high-growth B2B SaaS company
Strong track record in building scalable go-to-market processes and infrastructure
Deep expertise in forecasting, pipeline management, and sales analytics
Hands-on experience with CRM systems and modern go-to-market tech stacks
