You won’t just observe you’ll own meaningful projects that drive real business decisions.What You’ll Work OnThis internship centers around a company-wide Employee Engagement Survey initiative, where you will:Analyze employee engagement survey results across multiple locationsIdentify trends and themes to help leadership take actionCreate executive-ready summary reports for HR and ELT leadersBuild action-planning templates for People ManagersDevelop tracking tools to monitor engagement improvement effortsSupport enterprise-wide HR reporting and visibilityYou’ll directly contribute to how leaders improve culture, retention, and employee experience.Additional HR Experience You’ll GainIn addition to the engagement project, you’ll gain exposure across HR functions:Assist with recruiting coordination and candidate communicationSupport resume screening and interview schedulingHelp prepare on-boarding materials and orientation schedulesCoordinate training sessions and learning initiativesAssist with HR policy updates and documentationSupport HR leadership reporting and analyticsHelp maintain HR resources and People Manager portal contentWhy This Internship Stands OutThis is not a filing and coffee internship.
