As we expand our operations, we are looking for a disciplined professional to join our team in a fully remote capacity.The Billing Specialist is a critical role responsible for maintaining the firm’s financial workflow. You will manage the end-to-end invoicing process, ensuring that hourly work is recorded and billed accurately while maintaining professional and courteous communication with clients regarding their accounts. This role is ideal for someone who understands the specific nuances of U.S. law firm billing and thrives in a structured, detail-oriented environment.Key Responsibilities:Answer incoming calls in a professional and timely manner.Direct incoming calls appropriately and screen calls when needed.Greet clients, guests, attorneys, and employees in a professional and welcoming manner.Create a positive and professional first impression on behalf of the firm.Answer incoming calls, emails, and online inquiries from potential clients.Collect and document relevant case information accurately.Conduct initial screenings to determine case eligibility.Schedule consultations with attorneys.Enter and maintain client data in the firm’s case management system.Follow up with prospective clients as needed.Provide professional, empathetic, and timely communication throughout the intake process.Must-Have QualificationsBilingual in Spanish and English.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Strong phone presence and customer service skills.Ability to gather information accurately and document it clearly.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Ability to manage intake workflows and follow up consistently.Professional, polished, and client-focused communication style.Nice-to-Have QualificationsProficiency in Spanish (verbal and written) to assist with Spanish-speaking client populations.Previous experience on a US Law Firm.Prior experience successfully working in a 100% remote role for a U.S. company.
