Lead Research Analyst

A company is looking for a Lead Research Analyst. Key Responsibilities Own end-to-end delivery of complex analytical workstreams and translate datasets into actionable insights Ensure data accuracy, validate analytical work, and maintain documentation of methodologies Monitor analytical workflows for efficiency and identify opportunities for process improvement Required Qualifications 5+ years of experience in analytics, consulting, research, or a related field Degree in analytics, data science, economics, statistics, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience Demonstrated experience in managing complex analytical workstreams from problem framing to delivery Advanced proficiency in SQL, Python, or similar analytical programming tools Experience in client-facing environments and ability to create client-ready visualizations and presentations
