Sr. Full Stack Developer - AI-Assisted Development

Candidates must be located in or within a reasonable commute to Lansing, MI or Farmington Hills, MI for required onsite interviews and ongoing work. No remote option. 4 days working onsite required. W2 Only (Direct Hire or 1-layer visa) No C2C or 3rd party submissions We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer - AI-Assisted Development. The ideal candidate should have at least 8 years of experience and be a strong problem solver with excellent analytical reasoning and critical thinking skills. The candidate should be a forward thinker with a solution-oriented mindset and the ability to communicate ideas clearly. In addition, the ideal candidate should demonstrate strong proficiency in leveraging AI-assisted development tools (e.g. GitHub Copilot or similar coding agents) to improve development efficiency, code quality, and delivery timelines. A strong technical foundation is required to effectively generate, validate, and deliver production-ready code. Must Have Technical Skills: Hands on experience using AI coding assistants (e.g. GitHub Copilot for code generate, debugging, and optimization Ability to effectively write, refine, and iterate prompts to guide AI tools for development tasks Experience validating Ai-generated code for accuracy, performance, and security Core Java Java EE RESTful Microservices Jersey SQL, PL/SQL Oracle Database Angular/TypeScript/Node.js HTML/CSS Deep understanding of JVM and performance profiling Nice to Have Technical Skills Advanced usage of GitHub Copilot or other AI-based development tools and prompt engineering expertise CI/CD processes DevOps methodologies Unix/Shell scripting Docker Memcache/Redis SAML
