Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and implement high-quality software solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve complex software issues. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers. Ensure best practices in software development are adhered to. Continuously update technical knowledge and skills. Ideal Candidate Profile: Minimum 5 years of experience in application development. Exceptional problem-solving abilities, analytical reasoning, and critical thinking skills. Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a forward-thinking approach. Strong communication skills, capable of articulating thoughts and ideas clearly. Must-Have Technical Skills: Proficiency in Core Java/J2EE. Deep understanding of JVM and Profiling. Experience with Spring framework. Proficiency in Angular, Typescript, and Node. Strong skills in HTML/CSS. Experience with Jersey. Proficient in SQL, PL/SQL, and Oracle Database. Knowledge of NoSQL databases like MongoDB, CouchDB, etc. Experience with Kafka and Elastic Stack. Familiarity with Unix/Shell Scripts. Proficiency in Docker. Experience with caching solutions like Memcached/REDIS. Understanding of OIDC/SAML. Knowledge of DevOps practices.
