Core work duties include: Ensuring clean, fresh laundry is available all day, every day Providing uncompromising attention to detail Re-stocking all linen and amenities to provide a pleasant ambiance for all guests Assisting in Spa Opening; preparing spa waters & tea, ensuring Men's & Women's Locker Rooms are stocked with amenities including slippers and robes in each locker Assisting in Spa Closing; breaking down spa waters & tea, ensuring Men's & Women's Locker Rooms are stocked with amenities including slippers and robes in each locker Assisting Therapists in-between appointments to quickly change out linens Completing rounds to pick up glasses and laundry throughout the spa every hour Responsible for restocking guest robes into lockers in Women's & Men's locker rooms. Loading and Unloading the Dishwasher Restocking Glass Wear & Dishes in Guest Areas Assisting in checking guests in for appointments as needed. Taking pride in his or her work ensuring each guest has only the best experience Communicating frequently with the hospitality team to meet and exceed all expectations, must wear a headset during working hours for clear communication of spa needs.
