This role is responsible for the full lifecycle management of macOS devices using Workspace ONE UEM, ensuring secure, automated, and efficient endpoint operations across the organization. The ideal candidate brings deep macOS administration expertise, strong automation skills, and the ability to troubleshoot complex endpoint issues while driving process improvement and compliance.ResponsibilitiesManage and scale enterprise macOS devices using Workspace ONE UEMDesign, implement, and maintain macOS configurations, policies, and system environmentsPackage and deploy applications, updates, and scripts using PKG and DMG formatsBuild and optimize Automated Device Enrollment (DEP/ADE) workflowsAutomate provisioning and endpoint management processes using bash scriptingMonitor OS updates, patch compliance, and overall device health across the environmentEnforce security baselines and maintain compliance with enterprise standardsProvide L3 support for advanced macOS troubleshooting and root cause analysisPartner with Security, Infrastructure, and Help Desk teams to improve endpoint processesCreate and maintain technical documentation, SOPs, and knowledge base articlesSupport end users post-deployment to ensure a seamless Apple device experienceRequirements5+ years of experience managing macOS in enterprise environments2+ years of hands-on experience with Workspace ONE UEM focused on macOSStrong expertise with Automated Device Enrollment (DEP/ADE)Experience creating and managing configuration profilesProficiency with application packaging and deployment using PKG and DMG filesSolid bash scripting skills for automation and endpoint managementExperience with patching, OS updates, and security compliance at scaleAdvanced troubleshooting and problem-solving skillsStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to create clear technical documentation and process guidesTRC is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
