HR Representative

Tilson is seeking a detail-oriented and people-focused Human Resources Representative to support full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and HR operations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, communicates with confidence, and enjoys building positive employee experiences.RequirementsManage full-cycle recruiting for a variety of rolesCoordinate onboarding, orientation, and offboardingSupport employee relations, engagement activities, and recognition programsAssist with benefits communication and enrollmentMaintain accurate HR records, forms, and documentationEnsure compliance with employment laws and company policiesPrepare OSHA reporting and support workers’ compensation processesProvide general HR and administrative supportTravel to company locations within the state as needed ExperienceThe ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of HR experience and a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Must be a great communicator with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
