Municipal Project Manager | Infrastructure | PE License RequiredPosition OverviewThe Municipal Project Manager is responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of municipal infrastructure projects. This role involves ensuring that projects meet regulatory requirements, budget constraints, and timelines while engaging with stakeholders and the community.Key ResponsibilitiesManage the planning, design, and construction of municipal infrastructure projects including water and wastewater systems.Ensure compliance with municipal codes and regulations throughout the project lifecycle.Engage with stakeholders and the community to address concerns and gather input.Develop project budgets and manage costs effectively to ensure project delivery within financial constraints.Oversee contract management and ensure that all contractors meet required standards and specifications.Conduct environmental impact assessments and manage risk throughout the project.Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.Prepare feasibility studies, construction drawings, and cost estimates for proposed projects.Deliver presentations and public speaking engagements to update stakeholders and the community on project progress.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.Professional Engineer (PE) license or ability to obtain within 6 months.7+ years of experience in municipal engineering with 2+ years in project management.Strong knowledge of water and wastewater systems, municipal planning, and infrastructure development.Experience with regulatory compliance and stakeholder engagement.Proficiency in civil engineering software such as Civil 3D.Strong communication, team leadership, and public speaking skills.Familiarity with MAG standards and municipal codes.Experience in budget management and contract management.BenefitsVacation/PTOMedical & Dental - Company pays 100% of employeeVisionBonus - Competitive based on company/department/individual performance401K with company matching
