Legal Assistant II
Providing exceptional support to financial institutions, the full-time remote Legal Assistant II will manage service completion follow-ups, update internal and external systems, and organize legal documentation with a focus on accuracy and compliance.
Key responsibilitiesFollow up on service completion and prepare service publication packages, including sending summons and motions for extension of time
Update internal and external client systems within expected timeframes and manage a designated work queue
Sort, scan, categorize, and digitally file legal documentation while assisting with court appearance preparationsRequired qualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent
1-3 years of experience in a data entry or legal assistant role
Experience in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, etc.)
Strong time-management skills and ability to work independently or collaboratively
