Known for their operational excellence and culture of safety, they are experiencing significant growth driven by the data center boom in the Dallas–Fort Worth market and are building out their senior field leadership team to meet demand.Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Senior Electrical Superintendent to lead field operations on large-scale electrical construction projects, with a strong focus on data center developments in the DFW area. In this role, you will be the boots-on-the-ground leader responsible for driving daily field execution — managing crews, coordinating trade work, enforcing safety standards, and ensuring quality and production stay on track from mobilization through closeout.This is a hands-on leadership position where you will work closely with Project Managers and ownership teams to translate project plans into field results. You will directly supervise foremen, journeymen, and apprentices across complex, fast-moving job sites. The ideal candidate leads by example, commands respect on the job site, and has the technical depth to solve problems in real time without waiting for direction from above.Duties And ResponsibilitiesOversee daily field operations on hyperscale and enterprise data center electrical construction projectsSupervise and direct foremen, journeymen, and apprentice electricians across large crewsCoordinate with Project Managers, general contractors, and subcontractors to maintain schedule and production targetsEnforce jobsite safety standards, OSHA compliance, and company safety policies at all timesMonitor manpower levels, crew productivity, and daily progress against project schedulesConduct daily site walks and toolbox talks to keep crews aligned and issues surfaced earlyReview drawings, specifications, and RFIs to ensure field work is executed correctlyTrack material deliveries, equipment needs, and field logistics to prevent delaysDocument daily field reports, crew counts, and production logsSupport project closeout including punch lists, commissioning support, and final inspectionsRequired Experience/Skills10+ years of commercial electrical construction experience with at least 3–5 years in a superintendent or lead foreman roleExperience overseeing electrical scopes exceeding $20M on complex commercial or mission-critical projectsActive TDLR Journeyman Electrician License (required)Strong working knowledge of commercial electrical systems, NEC code, and construction sequencingProven ability to manage large field crews and maintain production in a fast-paced environmentAbility to read and interpret electrical drawings, specifications, and one-line diagramsStrong communication and leadership skills with a track record of holding crews accountableNice-to-HavesData center, healthcare, or mission-critical facility experience strongly preferredExperience working alongside major general contractors on multi-phase projectsTexas Electrical Contractor License (TECL) or Master Electrician LicenseOSHA 30 certificationFamiliarity with Procore, Bluebeam, or similar construction management softwareIEC or NJATC trade education backgroundEducationCompletion of an accredited electrical apprenticeship program or equivalent trade education preferred.
