Known for their operational excellence and culture of safety, they are experiencing significant growth driven by the data center boom in the Dallas–Fort Worth market and are building out their senior leadership team to meet demand.Job DescriptionWe are seeking a seasoned Senior Project Manager to lead large-scale electrical construction projects with a primary focus on data center developments in the DFW area. In this role, you will own the full project lifecycle — from preconstruction planning through final closeout — managing multimillion-dollar electrical scopes while coordinating with general contractors, owners, subcontractors, and internal operations teams. Your leadership will directly impact project delivery timelines, client satisfaction, and the company's ability to pursue and execute future work.This is a high-impact leadership position where you will supervise Project Managers, Assistant PMs, Superintendents, and field personnel across complex, multi-phase builds. The ideal candidate is organized, decisive, and thrives in a fast-paced mission-critical construction environment. You are someone who takes ownership of outcomes and has the experience to back it up.Duties And ResponsibilitiesManage electrical construction projects from preconstruction through closeout on hyperscale and enterprise data center buildsOwn budgeting, forecasting, procurement, scheduling, and risk management across all project phasesCoordinate daily with general contractors, owners, subcontractors, and internal operations teamsSupervise and mentor Project Managers, Assistant PMs, Superintendents, and field personnelTrack manpower, production rates, and project milestones to ensure on-time, on-budget deliveryEnsure compliance with safety standards, quality requirements, and project specificationsReview, manage, and maintain project documentation using construction software platformsSupport hiring, staffing, and operational planning for future project pipelinesRequired Experience/Skills10+ years of commercial electrical construction experienceProven experience managing electrical scopes exceeding $20MStrong knowledge of commercial electrical systems and construction processesExpertise in budgeting, cost control, and schedule managementDemonstrated leadership managing large field teams and multiple stakeholdersStrong communication skills and ability to coordinate across diverse project teamsNice-to-HavesData center, healthcare, or mission-critical facility experience strongly preferredExperience working with major general contractors on complex multi-phase projectsProficiency in Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, or Primavera P6Texas electrical licenseOSHA certificationIEC or equivalent trade educationEducationDegree in Construction Management, Electrical Engineering, or a related field preferred.
