Full Stack Software EngineerLocation: Fremont, CA (Onsite – 5 Days/Week)Duration: 12+ MonthsEmployment Type: W2 onlyPosition OverviewWe are seeking a Full Stack Software Engineer to join a fast-paced engineering team responsible for developing and maintaining scalable, user-centric web applications. The ideal candidate will have strong experience across both front-end and back-end development using modern Microsoft technologies and JavaScript frameworks. This role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable, high-quality software solutions that support critical business operations.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and maintain full-stack web applications using C#, .NET, ASP.NET, Angular, React, and TypeScript.Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, from design through deployment and support.Build and integrate RESTful APIs with backend distributed systems.Collaborate with product managers, software engineers, and business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver new features.Develop scalable, maintainable, and reusable application components.Implement unit, integration, and end-to-end testing to ensure software quality.Monitor and optimize application performance, reliability, and scalability.Translate business and user requirements into technical solutions.Contribute to engineering best practices, code reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives.Required Qualifications3–5+ years of professional software engineering experience.Strong hands-on experience with C# and .NET/.NET Core.Experience developing front-end applications using Angular or React.Proficiency with TypeScript and JavaScript.Experience building and consuming REST APIs.Strong understanding of distributed systems and modern web application architecture.Experience with MySQL or other relational databases.Solid understanding of software design principles, scalability, and reusable component development.Excellent analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.Strong communication and collaboration skills.Preferred QualificationsExperience with ASP.NET.Knowledge of module federation and component-based architecture.Experience implementing automated testing frameworks.Interest in renewable energy, automotive, manufacturing, or other technology-driven industries.Passion for learning new technologies and delivering high-quality software.Interview ProcessRound 1: 45-minute System Design (Whiteboard)Round 2: 45-minute Coding InterviewCandidates must bring their own laptop for the interview.Preferred BackgroundCandidates with experience in the following industries are highly preferred:Software DevelopmentAutomotiveElectric Vehicles (EV)ManufacturingSemiconductorInsuranceeCommerce
