This is a remote role, but travel is required for new openingsSalary - $90k-$100kBenefits - Medical, Dental, Vision, PTO, employee perksSeeking a Talent Acquisition Manager to oversee all Talent and human resources functions for a large hospitality group.Qualifications 3+ years of human resources/talent acquisition experience, preferably within hospitality, hotels, resorts, or seasonal operationsExperience managing onboarding, employee relations, recruitment, and personnel processes in a fast-paced environmentStrong organizational and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain confidentialityExperience with HRIS systems, benefits administration, and compliance procedures preferredBilingual (English/Spanish)ResponsibilitiesOversee onboarding, orientation, and employee lifecycle management for full-time and seasonal team membersManage recruitment efforts including interviews, hiring coordination, and job description developmentMaintain HRIS systems, employee records, and personnel documentationCoordinate employee benefits administration and support team member inquiriesPartner with department leaders on employee relations, performance management, and staffing needsSupport employee recognition, engagement, and culture-building initiatives across the resortEnsure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and HR best practices
