Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role based in New Castle, IN, for an Executive Director. The Executive Director will oversee the organization's operations, programs, and strategic planning while ensuring alignment with the organization's mission and goals. Responsibilities include leading staff, managing budgets, building organizational partnerships, securing funding through grants and donors, and serving as the primary spokesperson to the community. The role also involves working closely with the board of directors to advance the strategic vision of the organization.QualificationsLeadership and management skills, including team supervision, strategic planning, and organizational oversightProficiency in budgeting, financial management, and resource allocationStrong communication, public speaking, and stakeholder engagement skillsExperience in networking, building partnerships, and securing funding through grants and donationsProblem-solving and decision-making abilities in complex situationsFamiliarity with the primary and secondary education sectorBachelor's degree in Public Administration, Nonprofit Management, Education, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)Prior experience in a leadership role within nonprofit or education-focused organizations is a plus
