Roles & Responsibilities
Develop and execute employee engagement strategies aligned with business priorities and organizational culture goals.
Design and lead engagement initiatives such as recognition programs, feedback mechanisms, listening tours, and culture-building activities.
Act as the subject matter expert on employee engagement best practices, trends, and tools.
Lead employee listening efforts including engagement surveys, pulse checks, and focus groups to identify insights, risks, and improvement opportunities.
Translate engagement data into clear, actionable recommendations for leaders and teams.
Track key engagement KPIs and measure the effectiveness of engagement programs over time.
Support enterprise initiatives such as transformation, growth, and change through targeted engagement and change-readiness plans.
Champion organizational values via focused campaigns and leader enablement initiatives.
Promote inclusion, belonging, and psychological safety across the entire employee lifecycle.
