What You’ll Do Prepare espresso and coffee beverages to Stone Soupe standards Dial in espresso and maintain consistency throughout the day Steam milk and execute drinks with care and accuracy Provide warm, friendly, and efficient guest service Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar Follow recipes, workflows, and SOPs Work calmly and efficiently during peak hours Support opening and closing procedures Contribute to a positive, team-first environment What We’re Looking For Passion for coffee, food, and hospitality Strong work ethic and attention to detail Reliability and punctuality Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment Willingness to learn and improve every day Barista or café experience is a plus, but not required We value attitude, effort, and consistency over résumés.
