Responsibilities Prepare espresso drinks, coffee, and beverages to our quality standards Deliver friendly, efficient, and welcoming customer service Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar Follow recipes, SOPs, and café workflows Assist with opening and closing duties Work efficiently during busy peak hours Communicate clearly with teammates and kitchen staff Help uphold Stone Soupe’s culture of quality and hospitality What We’re Looking For Positive attitude and strong work ethic Reliability and punctuality Ability to work well under pressure Willingness to learn and improve Team-oriented mindset Previous barista or café experience is a plus, but not required We care more about attitude and effort than a perfect résumé.
